The shredding chamber is closely mated with the left-hand drive. The power will be effectively transmitted to the cutter shaft. The cutter consists of blade and hook(s). The function of hooks is to catch tires. Anti-wear and corrosion proof hard alloy is built-up welded on the working face of the cutter. The shredding chamber is a combined structure and the cutter shaft adopts rolling bearings, which is convenient for both installation and maintenance. The cylinder sieve will repeatedly send those unqualified chips or shivers back to the shredding chamber, while whose qualified ones will be let out of the sieve. The transmission system adopts a NGW planetary hardened-gear speed reducer, which is compactly structured with features of lower noise, higher efficiency and longer service life. The configuration of the shredder is structurally compact and practically collocated. It is easy and reliable to operate and convenient for both installation and maintenance. APPLICATION: The machine is applicable for breaking up complete bias or radial (steel) whole tires.
